Dedicated to the memory of John McCluskey
This site is a tribute to John McCluskey. Originally an Engineer/Toolmaker but many will know him from his days behind the bar at the Rocklands Social Club in Redditch. John passed away peacefully in his sleep at the Queen Elizabeth hospital on December 25th 2020.

Thoughts
While there may not have been many people at the service due to COVID, there were LOTS of people that joined remotely. Stuart, Graham and I managed to catch up, share stories and raise a glass to you that evening ....I know many others did the same - as you would have wanted! We will keep the memories alive and toast you every Christmas Day. Sleep well Dad xo.

We will always remember being shouted at the get upstairs when the club was open and we'd try and sneak a look. The shout would always come with a smile and maybe a wink. We loved coming to visit you there and have so many memories of it. Rest in peace Uncle John, you deserve it. Xxxx

It's been a long time since we met John. We know he has struggled with ill health for quite a while so rest in peace John.
